Usability problem in Files

Hi everyone,
I'd like to point out a still existing usability problem in Files which I 
documented a while ago here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321180
This effectively will certainly prevent most users from using the same tag for 
different types of files, which greatly reduces the versatility of tags.
Would this be easy enough to fix to still make it in PA4?
