Trouble using Kontact Touch Mail

I'm having trouble using Kontact Touch Mail. How do I tell Mail the 
characteristics of the outgoing SMTP server?

I wonder if it's me or if it's Mail.  My ISP recently changed the way it offers 
me e-mail.  Mail handled the change in receiving mail (SSL/TLS) but I don't 
think it's doing the right thing to send mail.  I tried it just now and each 
time my ISP rejected my message.  There doesn't seem to be a way to set the 
outgoing SMTP server characteristics.
