It happened in two out of 8 tags created. Not all that rare, but surely much 
less serious than the duplication, which happened every time, and easily 
fixable by re-creating the lost tag.

Hm... Is there at a way to at least get it reliably working in dialogs (i.e. 
the second state)? Sacrificing the Launcher search for that would be okay, but 
if people need to reboot before they can connect to a secure Wifi or use Add 
Ons, that's not very nice... If not, I'll add an FAQ which just tells people 
to reboot if they encounter the problem.

Well, with updates from last night both were not blacklisted. I'll see what 
happens with the next update.

Now with Aarons updates, Okular Active segfaults directly on launch :(
