Activity Ranking

Hi all,

Just a small note - I've disabled activity ranking plugin in KDE/4.9 branch of 
kactivities since it is not used by the desktop plasma, and it slows down the 
activity switching. Disabled as in 'not building'.

To build kamd with it, you just need to pass the following to cmake
   -DKACTIVITIES_BUILD_ACTIVITYRANKING_PLUGIN=1

Now, I've seen that we have a dataengine that uses it, but nobody (from plasma 
desktop) uses that data engine.

What do you think - is it worth making the plugin run in a separate thread for 
4.9 (running in separate thread fixes the issue)?

I've done this in the activity-manager-3 branch which if a big refactor of the 
current master (will become master in a week or sooner) so it can't really be 
back-ported.
