Yes, both are gone and not needed anymore, the windowstrip is replaced by the 
new switcher, adjust-time is replaced by an active settings module.

Probably same as okular.desktop

Look in the declarative-plasmoids specfile how icons are handled, it's not 
elegant, but that seems how downstream works.
