not sure if i like this two levels thing, kinda becomes cumbersome..
maybe the solution suggested by lamarque, having here a minimal keypad (that 
doesn't need to be numberical, 3 letters per key could be fine as well) that 
is separed from the actual keyboard

another crazy idea could be having the virtual keyboard always in the screen 
locker process, but that sounds kinda akward ;)
