The plasmoid settings dialog turns transparent after opening it a second time
or third time. If you tap on a specific part of the screen, you will get a
dropdown menu of the invisible dialog.

Tested on 2012-01-13-11-27-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso +
latest bits

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap on the settings icon of any plasmoid
2. Close the dialog
3. Open it again
4. Observe the display


Expected Results:  
The plasmoid settings dialog shouldn't be transparent.
