+1000 Devel is a complete mess right now and I'm really looking forward to 
being able to track our progress with a working devel system again.
I'm glad we (or more likely you developers) are doing this now!

Probably not much I can do here because I don't know the technical stuff, but 
if I stumble across something that seems to fit in this sprint, I'll add it.
