The items in the recommendations panel are visually flush to the edge of the
screen.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the recommendations panel

Actual Results:  
The text and icons are flush against the side of the screen

Expected Results:  
Text and icons should be offset by a number of pixels consistent with spacing
elsewhere in the shell.
