The recommendations handle should light up when new recommendations become
available, and go back to unhighlighted after opened (and/or ...?).

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger the creation of a new recommendation.

Actual Results:  
The handle does not change when new recommendations are avialable.

Expected Results:  
The handle should highlight in some way (e.g. colorize)
