Plasma active talk for FSCONS in Gothenburg?

Hi all,

I'm coordinating a couple of KDE related talks for the FSCONS
conference in Gothenburg [1]. The conference takes place on November
11-13.
I think it would be great to have a talk about Plasma Active in the
program. The conference is a mix of Free Culture and Free Software
related talks, so the audience is rather users than coders.
We have quite a limited budget for travel, so I'm looking for someone
based in Nothern Europe, preferably :).

I know this comes at a rather short notice, but I've been told that
FSCONS is a fantastic event. It would be great if you guys could get
back to me before Friday this week.
