merging declarative plasmoids

Hi all,
on the topic of merging, another thing that i would like to see merged asap, 
is the two qm plasmoid rewrites that were more or less completed by Virach: 
the device notifier and the battery one.
there are still minor problems, especially related to the config ui, but have 
already been discussed and should going to be fixed soon.

another reason i want this is for the additions if for active:
a) doing things like making the mount/unmount button a touchable size (and 
only in the active shell) in active is trivial with the qml version
b) would also need the modifications done to the soliddevice and powermanagent 
dataengines that make possible using only qml (i need to list removable 
devices in the photo viewer app)
