RFC: remove that star rating on top of bookmarks

** Proposed Change **
Remove that star rating on top of bookmarks and display the thumbnail 
normally.

** Reason For Change **
Why should we have a special interaction way for rating the bookmarks, 
if we dont offer it for other resource types? Rating should be always 
done consistently via SLC.
