RFC: add Pictures to to wallpaper list

Searching by filename is sooo 2010 :P 
We're on a semantic database here, so we assume there is semantic
information 
such as tags and ratings and stuff attached to fotos, right? I mean,
that's what the 
"Organize fotos" usecase was mostly about! 
So I'd suggest to postpone this until we have the file organizing UI
because then 
file names are of no concern to the user anymore and the background image 
selection dialog has to have all nepomuk niceties anyway.

It's interesting to see how even we from the team are still stuck with the
mental
model of file names, though. So it will be challenging to get users to
change
theirs.
