RFC: when launching an app not listed in the Launcher, add it to the list

i think more that this shows the fact that the blacklist approach is more of a 
workaround...

that said, is realistic to expect that entries removal and rearranging will be 
common requested features

(hopefully i'll do a component for context menus)

other implementation detail: how would it work? modify the blacklist?
