RFC: when launching an app not listed in the Launcher, add it to the list

first of a few of these ...


** Proposed Change **
When an app that is not in the Launcher is started by first searching for it 
in the search line, an icon for it would be added to the Launcher.

** Reason For Change **
If a user purposefully starts an application, chances are it's important to 
them. Having to search for the app via a text entry box every time is not very 
elegant.

** Implementation Details **
- the context menu needs a "remove this entry" added
