widget style

Hi all,
I wanted to have an incremental update (as usual, not complete change) on the
visual style as well.
basically going forward with the unshiny, smooth looking of the idea started
with the old theme then continued with the website and the logo.
Also now that the qtcomponents are being developed is the right moment,
because it becomes easy to use new elements (already added, will need to be
added some new elements)
this is a quick mockup done in inkscape:
http://wstaw.org/m/2011/10/18/airmobile.png
to give the idea has to be seen fullscreen at exactly 100% scale on the wetab
;)
also, there are some graphical glitches at the corners, especially in the
version with more square textboxes, ignore them ;)
basically one version has more rounded corners, so much they are half a
circle, while one has more square-ish buttons.
a round look seems to look prettier for buttons and text fields, but it can be
a bit troublesome in some cases (if the font is big enough to make the frame
height rise, the half circle effect is ruined)
also, more square-ish frames will be needed for big textboxes and on screen
keyboard buttons, i thnk i should start experimenting on mixing the two styles
in a single thing.
opinions? ideas?
Cheers,
Marco Martin
