Wallpaper thumbnails aren't loaded in the activity configuration overlay.
Instead, you get blank rectangles.

Tested on 2011-11-22-18-52-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-USB-live.iso

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap on the "configure activity button" or the "plus button" from the
activity 
switcher.
2. Observe the display.


Expected Results:  
Wallpaper thumbnails should be loaded in the activity configuration overlay
