Activity manager and recommendation manager

Hi all,

Here are the documents about the activity manager and recommendation 
manager I promissed.

I'm not sure how understandable those are - I tried not to be too 
scientific about the whole thing (esp the RM) so I guess I haven't achieved 
neither normal nor scientific language here :]
