disabled packages

Hi actives,

please ignore the disabled packages on Project:KDE:Devel. Those ones
do not have any effect to the current packaging of KDE. But in future
me and my co-workers like to rename kde packages to name schema such as
they are stored inside upstream repositories. If you like to get an
overview how we liked to overhaul the meego kde packaging, please see:

Please note, this has no effect to your work at the moment.
