in fact, kde-runtime is a hard dependency for any binary that uses kdelibs. we

we really ought to go through this one and mark what is needed for the mobile 
profile out of it, and then perhaps make adjustments to the CMakeLists.txt 
file.

does anyone feel like helping me with this? :)
