Summary: The new applauncher should be composited like the
                    'old' Search and Launch containment
           Product: Active
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Application launcher
        AssignedTo: notmart at gmail.com
        ReportedBy: robby.engelmann at igfs-ev.de
                CC: active at kde.org

Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

I like the new applauncher more than the SAL. But in my mind it presents itself
quite chaotic. A vast of symols and no quicklaunch strip.
I think the arrangement in Search and Launch containment is much clearer.
Categorized launcher symbols and an quickstart strip.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
In my opinion SAL like arrangement would improve this. Or are there better
plans?
