yes, we had the discussion as well, that the user wont know what resources
means. "files and contacts" are too limiting, as it could be applications,
widgets etc as well.
We came up with the word "stuff" that is a bit too colloquial maybe ;)

I think we have to investigate and ask people a bit more, what words could be
associated with that type.
