DrKonqi always begins searching from the current date (as set on your computer
clock) until one year ago. When it doesn't find anything in that year, it tries
the year before that, until it reaches 2008. 2008 was chosen as a reasonable
year for looking up KDE4 bug reports, as 2007 and earlier are basically the
KDE3 era. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with this algorithm.
