aslan7, I'm sorry to hear your story. However, this seems to be a problem
downstream, with PC-BSD itself, as Kports and PC-BSD are not maintained by us
(the KDE folks).

Let's see if Kris has anything to add here, otherwise I'm closing this bug as
DOWNSTREAM in a few days.
