I hate to say it, but at least with 4.3.1 (not 4.3.2) I managed to get the
error, today.

Thankfully, I know exactly what I did to get there and this time, I did not
click or type fast, but rather slow & relaxed.


I was using Konqueror to browse some websites. I clicked a link with the middle
mouse button and Konqueror just disappeared, revealing the Konsole instance
behind it and pasting the X copy buffer's contents into Konsole.
I pressed alt-f2, "konq", enter and chose to restore the Konqueror session when
prompted.
