[rekonq] Hyperlink Context Menu Changes

Yes, I noticed it too. I merged this patch from (cannot remember the guy.
We actually have a lot of spare contributors. We just don't mail a lot :).
I'm restorin an acceptable situation right now, at least showing both
option in case of "target blank" links.
