[rekonq] Bout Preview Selector Bar

Hello.
What will be done for this patch? >> "Added support for entering link 
directly into the Favorites section in the New Tab Page"
shadeslayer told me to modify this patch to suit HIG and do it the way 
that was discussed in #kde-usability but I don't know what was 
discussed. Please tell me.
