[Raptor-Menu] Development status of the menu

Well actually, if Riccardo will succeed with porting kickoff to it, then it 
would be great! But seems to be the harder way to go...
Also Kickoff is not TOM-based... so what I would vote for is:
->Do Raptor from the existing design (DataPlugin, UiPlugin, BackgroundPlugin) 
till someone comes with a specific better idea ... (how to put a Menu-
structure into a DataEngine?!)...

->I will do the DataPlugin stuff when I come back from Berlin on 8th 
September, it would be great if till then there would be some working demo of 
some menuitems rendered on the background (aka UiPlugin)...

->Try to do some basic raptor first, without all those animations

->Polish it later up with the Animations

->The UiPlugin-Author shoudl get in touch with pinheiro in the meantime...
