How to start contributing to plasma mobile

There are no strict guidelines here, if you want to work on something,
go for it and make a merge request, we'll be happy to review.
Of course, it might be best to consult first on working on issues, to
get an idea of some of the details needed.

With regard to the specific issue you referenced, it likely requires
contributing upstream to Plasma's libtaskmanager (which is what we use
for the task switcher).
Specifically, adding a new sort mode here:
