Pager keyboard shortcuts

Hi van,

No need, there is an UI for this. In systemsettings > Workspace >
Shortcuts > KWin > "Switch to desktop".

My system is in french and my plasma version is more recent (5.22.5) but I
think it should be there nevertheless.
