Changes

I have updated the diff and the plasmateprojectrc files are being created in the right directories.
But the .git folder is not being created in the right dirs.
Also a seg fault occurs during "m_timeLine->loadTimeLine(directory);".


Description

Hello,

for the moment the .plasmateprojectrc file exists as a mark for the projects created by plasmate.
We want the file to be created in the creation of the project not in the load of the project,the patch does that.
