I saw the Okular website. But since it seems to still be stuck in the 90's I
assumed that the website was still not updated to current Plasma UI guidelines
while Okular itself was already following it. Considering that Breeze is the
official icon set of Plasma, and Okular also is a KDE app I thought that the
Breeze icon was the app icon.

Also, I'll disagree that the Breeze Okular icon is ugly.
IMO it's the opposite. In the old Oxygen icon the glasses are just plain silly.
The Breeze icon maintained the blue stripe of the Oxygen icon and added a red
bookmark on top that gives it visual richness.
A downside is that it's too dark, so in dark themes it will be hard to spot.

But for consistency sake then use the same icon everywhere. Currently, the
Breeze icon is used in the titlebar and inside Okular, while in Windows the
used icon is the Oxygen icon. Since I am not using Plasma, Okular should show
its icon inside of the app instead of the Breeze icon.

Also, please give the Okular devs a shiny new icon please.
