Registered a ktechlab group on gitlab.com

Hi,

maybe you have heard that Microsoft is buying Github, so as a preventive
measure I have registered to Gitlab.com and created a public group called
ktechlab. This is more of an ideological matter on my part, the official
Ktechlab repository being hosted at KDE.

In case someone doesn't know some aspects of the history of MS, please read
