Hi,
I put your files into svn (trunk) it won't come with the next release, but we 
will do another KDE3 release soon and it will be in there.

What do you need this file for? I mentioned some menu entries not being 
translated (e.g. Archivo -> Quit) I don't know, what is wrong there, may be I 
am missing some Spanish translation files of KDE? I'm not familiar with 
translating software, so I can only guess here...

As I said, files are in trunk and will be shipped with the next release.
