[Ktechlab-devel] Constants to absurd precision =)

I was looking through the source and noted some very approximate numbers
for Boltzmann's constant and the electron charge, here are fairly recent
limit-of-knowledge values:

const double K = 1.3806503e-23; // Boltzmann's constant
const double q = 1.602176462e-19; // Charge on an electron

(I have a nearly unlimited supply of high-precision constants so don't
be afraid to ask...)
