ASCOM -> Indi bridge

There was one ASCOM INDI bridge that I know of.  https://www.cloudmakers.eu/windi/ <https://www.cloudmakers.eu/windi/>. It was supported by Cloudmakers. But it is now retired because they have been focusing on developing INDIGO.

I think they were working on an ASCOM INDIGO bridge, but now I think they are doing the INDIGO Alpaca Agent.
