KStars v3.5.1 release

Hello everyone,

Today was the original planned date for KStars 3.5.1 milestone. So all
features not implemented for 3.5.1 will be moved to 3.5.2. There are a
couple of MRs which I will follow up with in the next couple of days to see
if they can be merged and then we can release 3.5.1
