new subtabs in capture

I fully understand the reason to keep the filter autofocus options where
they currently are. I just think perhaps we put something in the focus
limits sections that just opens up that other filter dialog. I wouldn't
remove the other filter dialog. I'm not sold on that, does feel a bit
clunky.
