new subtabs in capture

Saw Jasem's new mod to the capture tab, introducing two new subtabs: Guide
Limits and Focus Limits.

In general, those guide and focus limits subtabs seem fine (though I'm not
sure of the word "Limits").

One thought, though. I think it's always been tricky for inexperienced
users ›to find the "autofocus on filter change" setting. As you know, one
needs to click the filter settings icon, then check boxes in the autofocus
column.

The autofocus-on-filter-change concept seems to naturally fit inside the
new focus-limits subtab.  That is, the items in there are all ways for
capture to initiate autofocus. Should we add a button in the Focus Limits
section which pops open the filter settings dialog?
