STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  set scaling [with FullHD 1920x1080] to 115% via Display Manager, font DPI
96, WAYLAND
2. run Konsole and k9s or htop
3. move cursor keys up and down until artifacts [lines] appear in random places

OBSERVED RESULT

artifacts / lines in random places on Konsole screen

EXPECTED RESULT

normal view without any artifacts

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro/Plasma 5.24.4

KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4
KDE Frameworks Version:  5.92.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Wayland. This  bug is the same and exact as the one reported in the past -
example: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373232

Can't attach screenshot, as artifacts disappear once I try to create a
screenshot of them.
