            Bug ID: 453487
Summary: Weird behavior when using the "Defaults" option on
                    "Configure Toolbars..."
           Product: konsole
           Version: 22.04.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: konsole-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: zocsfxljsgpmiuaanz at protonmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Using the "Defaults" option on the "Configure Toolbars..." dialog makes the
Settings menu in the menubar change from the sixth position to the fourth.
Making the same again (Configure Toolbars... -> Default) causes the toolbar
items change to a different disposition and many options on the menus
disappear.
Closing and opening Konsole makes it go back to normal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "Configure Toolbars..." dialog
2. Click on the "Defaults" button and confirm the action

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Settings" menu changes of position, doing the same steps again makes
options disappear of menus.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Settings" menu doesn't change of position, options don't disappear of
menus.
