Automake patch

I haven't found this requirement in the GPL while searching in it for a few
minutes.

However there should at least be a "Copyright (C) unknown author from
KDevelop forum, 2011" in the header, because it must be clear that the other
listed copyright-holders are not enough to change the licence of the file to
something else.

However, this is anyway only required if the patch has a sufficient weight.
If it just renames a few function-calls in obvious ways due to API changes,
then it might not even be worth the copyright.

Of course it matters; the GPL forces you to still give credit to the author.
