[kde-linux] Force a window to open in a particular desktop

Thanks, that's pretty cool. I might want to have eg Firefox in
multiple desktops though... I was thinking of perhaps specifying the
desktop on the command line. When I use kstart, the program starts in
the right desktop but it switches me to that desktop. Can I have just
start up in the background, without switching desktops?
