Πάει ο Καποδίστριας. Τώρα έχουμε Καλλικράτη
Επίσης οι διευθύνσεις είναι ανεξάρτητες από τον παραλήπτη.
Έτσι αντί για νομό, μια ταχυδρομική διεύθυνση για να είναι πλήρης
τουλάχιστον στην Ευρώπη, χρειάζεται τα πεδία
(* υποχρεωτικό)
(** όχι για Ιρλανδία)

*Διεύθυνση/κοινότητα/οικισμός
*Πόλη (Δήμος) (locality)
**ΤΚ
Περιφέρεια (region)
Χώρα

Το postal.gr και το kwdikes.gr
μάλλον χρησιμοποιούν την ίδια βάση.
Προ τριετίας περίπου, που είχα κοιτάξει το δεύτερο,
σε μια περίπωση οδού στην ίδια πόλη έδινε 2 διαφορετικά ΤΚ,
δεν έχω πρόχειρο το παράδειγμα,
είχα επικοινωνήσει και τηλεφωνικά με τα ΕΛΤΑ.
Το συμπέρασμα ήταν ότι δεν είναι δυνατή
η χρήση της βάσης δεδομένων από λογισμικό.
