Μπορούμε να το προσαρμόσουμε στα Ελληνικά στοιχεία, και αν κάποιος θέλει να καταχωρήσει πχ
μια Ελβετική διεύθυνση ας την προσαρμόσει στα Ελληνικά δεδομένα.

Διαμένω στο εξωτερικό (από πριν Καποδίστρια), αν στείλω ένα γράμμα στην Ελλάδα θα γράψω τα εξής

Πχ για μια πόλη:
«ονοματεπώνυμο»
«διεύθυνση»
Καλαμάτα
ΤΚ 24100
Ελλάδα


Για ένα χωριό/κωμόπολη/δήμο

As far as I know this is "abstract" on purpose, addressing varies a lot 
between regions of the world to be able of really having a one definition fits 
all solution.

You may went to pursue further improvements of this wording with the 
developers https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-pim, I don't think there 
is much we can do from the pure translation side.
