Introduction and Bug of the Month

I'm a bit unsure about how I have written the bug ID, should I continue to
refer to it as ID: 391905, or KDE-391905, or even just bug 391905?

Also, sorry about the horribly inconsistent formatting, I wrote much of
this on my phone, which can't seem to decide on anything most of the time.
