REVISION SUMMARY
  Add GetProcessList for retrieving the list of currently active
  processes. This code is taken from:
  https://github.com/KDAB/GammaRay/blob/master/launcher/ui/processlist.h
  and modified slightly to better suit the needs of KDE.
