Preparations of KDE 4.0 Snapshot 1

Well, at the okular[1] team (That is Pino, Piotr and me) we've decided we'll 
do a snapshot release that builds with snapshot 1 but we'll handle the 
tarballing ourselves (hope it's not too difficult), although will need ftp 
space for hosting. Timing of the release maybe is not the exact date of kde4 
snapshot because of holiday availability, but i hope to have it ready the 
same day.

I'll also package kiriki[2] so people have more things to build run and 
complain about.
