How to assign shortcut keys?

right click on image -> Open With -> Other... 

1. Check box  : Remember application assossiation for all file of
type...

Repeat the operation for each raw file type (nef, dng, etc.) 

2. choose ART
3. check that the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+o is assigned to : Open with
default application
